Hola Chikos , bueno comenzamos.

Van a data/mods y crea un archivo llamado ringparalyze.xml
ahora pega este script:

    <item id="2123" article="an" name="anti-paralyze ring" override="yes">

        <attribute key="decayTo" value="0"/>
        <attribute key="suppressparalyze" value="1"/>
        <attribute key="duration" value="900"/>
        <attribute key="showduration" value="1"/>
    </item>
</mod>

Luego enciende tu servidor y di
/i 2123
Claro tambien puedes modificar el item
cambiando esta parte:
